The owner started Mainline Plumbing because he got tired of working for other companies, watching the boss get rich while he and the other tech's were trapped in dead end hourly pay. At Mainline Plumbing we have a base salary vs commission, the more you make for the company the more YOU earn. WE ARE A TEAM! Are you tired of watching co workers slack off? Are you the key player holding the team together? Why wouldn't you get paid more for going above and beyond?? Are you tired of working for a company where the staff is grumpy and co workers don't get along?? We are a close team and regularly have company functions, BBQ's, bowling, go kart racing, fishing, etc to ensure a fun, productive environment.
About the job: This is a weekend shift. The work week is Wednesday through Sunday with every Monday and Tuesday off
Job Duties include
* Independently perform residential service calls
* Evaluate and diagnose residential electrical systems
* Communicate effectively with customers and management
* Utilize Service Titan software to document work in field, price jobs and collect payment.
* Selling jobs to customers in the field.
Required Skills: The ideal candidate will be proficient in the following
* diagnose and repair dead outlets, flickering lights etc
* Panel changes
* Sales experience, the ability to upsell a job
* hardwiring water heaters
*Dedicated circuits
* Generator switches
